Bageri Baka needed a digital presence built from the ground up — a content calendar, a brand voice, and a reason for people to visit beyond just the bread. Over 14 weeks I took ownership of their Instagram, website, and print materials, and started experimenting with new formats: reels, carousels, event concepts like Slow Run & Fika, Fika & Create, Coffee Rave etc. The website climbed to a #1 Google ranking for "bageri Malmö," Instagram grew by 800+ followers (23%), and the bakery started feeling less like a shop and more like a gathering point. The work led to a permanent hybrid full-time role, splitting time between baking and communications.
